1 hour live recorded Gong Bath and Sound Meditation by a qualified Sound Therapist using many different instruments to relax and sooth the mind and emotions.

There are 4 different Gongs including symphonic Chau , Paiste Planetary Gongs and Chinese Wind Gong.

Also Tibetan Singing Bowls , Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to clear and energise each Chakra , Harmonic Chimes , Rattles, Native American Flute and Shamanic Drum.

Best listened to with headphones in a comfy chair or reclined on a bed or couch . Make sure your head and neck are supported in case you drop into sleep. You may need to adjust the volume between the guided relaxation at the beginning and the main sound meditation portion. As it is a live recording expect some static noise at the beginning and also sounds from inside and outside the room.

Sound Baths are a 'feeling experience' not a thinking experience. For the best experience surrender your conscious mind , let go of all judgements and expectations and let the sounds take you on an inner journey of imagination and daydreams.
